Refund policy

THE SOFT PADS PROMISE

If your dog's pads aren't softer and happier within 14 days of using Nami's Paw Balm, email us and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send the tin back. Keep it.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Items should be unused and in the original tin. To start a return, email vincivisionllc@gmail.com with your order number.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send it. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

If something arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover return shipping. Otherwise return shipping is yours.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may add a few days on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it, email us.
